From Symptoms to Root Causes

Learn how to deal with the surface level symptoms — intrusive thoughts, intense emotions, etc. — and then deal with what lies beneath so you can find long-term relief.

We’ll create cognitive flexibility in order to adjust ingrained patterns while working on exercises that calm your nervous system and help you relax and regain mental control.

A Holistic Approach

You are what you eat, but you’re also what you do, what you think, and what you feel. Holistic psychotherapy helps you integrate these parts of yourself for a healthier, fuller life.

I draw on my broad educational background to tackle problems from a biopsychosocial lense. I’m happy to integrate faith and meaning into therapy as well.

A Team Effort

I’ve got a great team with me and multiple supervisors who oversee my cases and are available for consultation. This means that I always have help available to make sure you get the best care possible.

From Naturopathic care to Osteopathy, if we determine your concerns may be more than psychological we can quickly get you the help you need.

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Do you find yourself stuck in undesired habits and behaviours?

After trauma, the body needs to find a way to cope and relax, and it does so by seeking out high-dopamine behaviours, sometimes to avoid facing the awful realities that have occurred.

In trauma-informed therapy, we focus on relaxing the body and processing the traumatic events together in a safe therapeutic environment. We’ll address symptoms first to help relax the body and mind, and then dig deeper.
