Do you find yourself stuck in undesired habits and behaviours?
After trauma, the body needs to find a way to cope and relax, and it does so by seeking out high-dopamine behaviours, sometimes to avoid facing the awful realities that have occurred.
In trauma-informed therapy, we focus on relaxing the body and processing the traumatic events together in a safe therapeutic environment. We’ll address symptoms first to help relax the body and mind, and then dig deeper.

Especially in the therapy world (ironically!), many don’t understand religious perspectives. As a result, they find it hard to help clients integrate their faith with mental health.
I have the education and experience to help me connect with Christians and provide treatment that fits with faith. I earned my MTS from Heritage Theological Seminary and worked in Christian ministry for almost 10 years.
